A calculated announcement to give information to investors on the current direction. If we have successfully cut ties with the dead weight that is MRL and HZR's time is no longer wasted on paddle reactors this is only positive news. Lets hope HZR haul ass on the CDP and we get some good news start to flow with the new year.
