I dont like the ‘made in china and delay aspect’. However we have been told more than once that component sections/modules are being made off site and should be able to be just ‘clicked into place’ for want of a better description.
This is how you would want to build anyway: Get modules built in bulk offsite, ship them to a location like ikea furniture is.
I am being simplistic, but the key is, they seem to have the supra-structure in-place now, so it should be straightforward to add the modules. Then it will be slow as they fine tune, optimise etc. That will take months after initial set up.
