Amen.... Shareholders should be owed a please explain. The only reason i can think of is they couldnt find anyone interested so they had to take this option. Does not make any sense considering the interest HZR has recieved recently. Surely investors such as Monark, would be puzzled why they would ask for funds if they received such interest. Wheres the offtake? why not announce first then raise at 70c to bring MINs options in the money. MIN must be pleased.....not
