As LL rightly points out, it seems to be a first in first served arrangement. In all my years of ASX investing (and there have been a few), I can't recall EVER seeing this. Maybe they want shareholders to stump up ASAP.
Is there a provision for oversubscription? I guess we wait for the full documentation.
But also they have added the standard clause that directors can close the offer early or scale back at their discretion. Leaves it a bit open?
