I dislike SCALEBACK offers with no Minimum guaranteed amount.
Would have preferred a Minimum guaranteed amount and then option to purchase more with a scale back potential.
And also dislike 2% risk free for Lead Broker with NO requirement to take-up any offer shortfall.
saying above , reasonable chance to get full max allocation of $30k given number of shareholders , however as proposed , smacks of confident arrogance.
