But wouldn't it be great to have the thing actually working at the same time the Olympics are running with the whole world talking hydrogen ? That's the whole purpose of the CDP isn't it ? To demonstrate.
They already said in the announcement pilot plant results and FEED study results indicate the CDP can be built with design by mid year. Sutely then it does not require a further 1 1/2 years to build the damn thing?
