Very interesting post, thanks. Given all the pre-work that needs to be done by Hazer, can you see WaterCorp being in a position to ink a binding deal by mid-year? I'm a bit confused about timings, but since CDP funding is supposed to be in place mid-year, and Hazer wants to start procuring actual parts then, I'd imagine everything would have to be settled.
