Would it break the stock if MIN kept using Hazer tech under licence? They’ve taken the plunge without patents in place. More focus can be given here to Hazer’s ability to protect its IP regardless. If the company does intend to build and operate its own plants, as seems the case, IP risk is again reduced.
@Michaeljob previously illustrated how Coca Cola kept its IP protected for generations, unlike patents that expire. Hazer’s formula has thousands of variables, from what I can see.
