While I try to keep up to speed with where the patents are at the reality is that nothing too material has changed since listing. Sure they have added a few layers but all IP remains pending. A patent may have 20 or so ‘interactions’ between application and grant (or not).
Hazers remain in the pipeline and all I’d really expect from the company is an update when granted or in the unfortunate case that they reach a failure point. To date no failure point has been hit, likewise no success point.
As others have noted MIN have taken global rights to graphite so the IP is to restrict competition as much as it is to secure partnership. For now HZR maintains the upper hand in development of this technology, the patents can sustain that position hopefully for long enough for MIN and HZR to corner the market.
