The only problem is with patents is that the Chinese often just ignore them and copy whats out there.
I'm interested in the stock but the key is getting the 30 cent Options converted next month.
If the share price remains at current levels the options will not get taken up and a capital raising will have to happen at a discounted price.
When new funding is secured I might start buying but until then I am happy to sit and wait.
