MIN have a staff member on the patent.. sharing their technology is probably not on their priority list.. and besides that. Hazer has always maintained that MIN are running their own race, with hazer’s assistance. It doesn’t seem likely that even if that technology was exploited to other companies purely for the graphite arm that hazer would end up with much of a royalty.
Then add Ward’s attitude to partners and royalty deals and there isn’t much of a chance IMHO.
