I am guessing the binding agreement in the end did not suit Hazer and other licensees of the process, all graphite produced by all companies licensed to use the Hazer Process would have to channel their graphite production back through MIN as a distributor. Maybe the Japanese and others want the whole process licensed to them independently to utilize all the by products.
