The announcement did not give shareholders a clear explanation and the exact plan of MIN. MIN is the only sub holder of HZR. I think HZR management should provide more insights in the announcement - eg. is MIN gonna support and remain a shareholder of HZR?
The announcement was like: MIN gave up their plan on us but we are all good because we have the CDP.
Many people feel there's a big uncertainty for this and it has caused the big drop of SP.
