    From what I have seen during the time I worked in remote areas of Qld, diesel power generation was mostly used.

    It has been a fair while since I was in those localities but I understand solar power is gaining traction.

    From what I have read, hydrogen fuelled heavy machinery is now being deployed.

    This seems to set the scene for hydrogen to become an important fuel in mines.

    If hydrogen is going to be supplied to mines for mobility, it could also be used for stationary power.

    The question will be:

    a. Do they transport hydrogen in by truck?

    b. Do they produce hydrogen at the mine site by electrolysis or the Hazer Process (where feedstock is accessible)?

    I am thinking only very big mines with a long life would be suitable.
