Not sure about triple, but yes they are at least doubling it. They also have a very large spodumene operation to look after and mining services. A very busy company, so yes, maybe it was just a time/focus issue.
Worst case scenario, they now have doubts on the HZR technology and will begin exiting their position over the next few weeks.
