Very interesting but it appears that Geoff Ward has a very strong view of maintaining as much control over the tech and bussiness as possible and assuming Chris Ellison from MIN has a very strong view himself, it's not surprising that two people such as that weren't ready to let themselves be ripped off in any way.
With alot of interest brewing it could be that HZR went alot harder in negotiating moving forward and MIN were only in it for a steal. I'd like to know what happens to the pilot plant now also, and I will be looking to See if MIN are still holding in 6 to 12 months time.
Its been apparent for a long time that the deal obviously wasn't in MIN favour, or wasn't within their ballpark settings to engage and take control. The holdup with progression has been a sore point and a resolution is good for us to keep the market updated and move on.
