Yes, you could be right. PH2 have a history of being loose with the truth.
This is what their May21 announcement said

"The preliminary testing of solid carbon production at the CDP has confirmed the plant’s capacity to produce graphene powder, a key development milestone for the Turquoise Group process, and demonstrates its potential as a sustainable technology capable of producing bulk-quantities – up to 100’s of kilograms per day from one unit "

It could be interpreted as straight out of the reactor, or processed further. Also the claim of 100's of kilograms per day, but using the words "potential", "capacity" and "capable" rather than "has", casts some doubt.
