Possibly the could be disqualified, but if methane is captured via other process other than natural gas out the ground, i.e. organic waste from decomposition of organic matter or animal excrement, it could become carbon negative, but the scale and this process being renewable is debatable.
I am sure it could be utilized somewhere in the production of hydrogen even if they still use the renewables which are planned.
