One thing's for sure, recent share price shows there was no leaking of information about this agreement.
The tone of the announcement is quite clear. MIN is impatient to get going, and doesn't want to wait while amateurs at HZR faff around with toy PPPs. World domination awaits, and they want to get there as soon as possible.
