The second plant of 1000t is too large for a vehicle refueling station though, accordingly to their previous presentations.
All I am saying is that Hazer have consistently said they want to build a plant ideally suited for refueling stations, and the MIN plants don't seem very suitable in their size. I think we'll see a MOU with a government or car company to produce a refueling station in 2018 by the years end.
