Have just been having a read up on Pan American to gauge the significance of this MOU.

PAH have over the past 20 or so years delivered 84 hydrogen plants of various sizes, roughly 3 plants per year with worldwide installations. Hazer process can be easily retrofitted to many of these existing plants as well as taking a portion of the new builds. With the economics of the Hazer process it is hard to imagine that PAH will recommend that their clients build anything but Hazer in the future.

Upon re-examination of the announcement it is clear that the initial focus is likely to be on vehicle refuelling stations or other small scale energy projects such as back up/primary power supplies to industry.

“The focus of the collaboration initially will be on small (pilot plant scale) projects capable of producing ~100kg (~50Nm3H) of hydrogen per day, with the scope for further development of larger scale opportunities. This scale of plant has been identified as the initial small-scale production units necessary for many hydrogen-to-energy projects, as well as being the typical target volume for distributed vehicle refuelling systems.

If we then look back on the last announcement where they announced that one of our new advisors has had first-hand experience in building the supply chain for alternative fuels then the picture begins to gain clarity. IMO Hazer will have a minimum of one operational hydrogen fuel station operating within the next 6 months.

    .”

With the current MC of well under 100M Hazer IMO remains entry level
