I think a lot of people are missing an important point/connection here ?
POSCO is a massive industrial & a big part of the business is GRAPHITE. Mostly natural graphite BUT maybe they can see the writing on the wall for the HAZER 'by-product'
In the hay day of graphite, when POSCO signed up an MOU with a graphite hopeful, the SP shot up.
