I would agree with you if HAZER had a working revenue creating facility providing royalties and license fees, along with Graphite off take agreements in place. We can be glass half full or glass half empty. I see this as now we have a glass with water in it which was better than what we had prior. you cant go from 0-60 instantly. Would you prefer they didn't sign a MOU I guess is what needs to be asked here
