Well I think it all depends how long they have engaged with us and at what level. Say its been in the last 3 or 4 months. They have just got some graphite results info...they say hey thats not bad lets start opening up the teams and seeing whats what...
Now they are in the situation where we need them. They might be saying ok, looks good let's see 10 or 15 tonne runs of graphite at X purity, and we will take a bit and make some steel with it etc etc. Thats all it could be right now so why would they want to just dish out a few million for that? It doesnt make sense and doesnt happen very often. MOU is the start.
Well I think it all depends how long they have engaged with us...
