Yes I understand that.... but POSO have been sniffing around for quite a while now.... I think even back in the days of GW.
They are exploring ways to integrate Hazer tech into their steelmaking.... after a process of due diligence.
They will be spending their own money looking into it ( as will Hazer).
Maybe they needed to sign the MOU o get the samples?
Or the other way around?
Either way its more than a meaningless bit of paper... but not as good as a DEAL.
If we see Chubu Electric and Engie progress in the near term will give us an understanding of what to expect from POSCO... and when.
