They are doing a great job of pushing as much news out to ensure the CR is fully taken up. I believe a war chest as if it goes wrong, will fund through to next iteration, if cdp goes well, gives more power to negotiate. End of day, I'm in for the technology and am/with continue to be long time holder and supporters.
