The reason I state takeover is because HCD proved itself on a field in Canada so the incumbent chemical provider, according to the company announcement, dramatically lowered their price to remain in the field. The producer stated that they had another asset in mind. It certainly illustrates that HCD are going to be a thorn in the side of the incumbent’s and cheaper in the long run to take them over.
