Inflation needs to be under control.
Intrest rate cycle needs to have reached its end.
The threat of recession gone or have a recession and be moving back to growth.
China's growth needs to be stable and providing certainty of recovery.
All of these things you have stated above in bold have been getting alleviated the last few days.
