Well said mate. The resources game can and is extremely frustrating for many many years at a time. I've never been much of a TA guy myself, but truly admire those that master the art. For me I like buying cheap mining businesses, companies that have huge asset value that trade for pennies, build a position and wait it out ( and have a bitch and moan about it not being valued correctly) until it reaches value. HCH is about the cheapest I've seen for about 3 decades. A $40 billion dollar asset trading for $170 million, 50% lower a month ago absolutely absurd. Gold stocks too ATM multi million OZ companies and juniors trading for $10 to $40 million dollar MC, with multi multi billion dollar assets.

I think the FED is caught between a rock and a hard place and will need to print just to keep up with government deficits. If you continue as a country to spend more than you can produce you need to sell that debt and inflate your citizens currency and reduce their buying power. Commodities will win in the end, it's just a matter of time.
