    Following up the analysis/musings above on Cortadera here are some others about Productora/Cordillera and Marsellesa.

    From a word document I created but doesn't copy and paste well into here so a PDF.

    Productora 2024. Where and why?

    A previous post (PDF below) that tackled the why part for the four holes being targeted basically to the west into a large area of argillic alteration and some anomalous IP. A talk gives some context.

    Jeffrey Hedenquist talk Geohug early c. 2022.

    Productora planned drilling for 2024:

    Three holes (B, C and D) are targeting areas of low chargeability. Site A may be a northern extension of A-A’ with hole B(b).Previous drilling has apparently targeted higher chargeability which often relates to more sulphides, but results have not been too encouraging(?).

    Lower chargeability often equates to silicification or other alteration which can be useful for mineralisation even with lower sulphides.Geo comment which may or may not be acceptable by Geophysicists, but the drill bit is the final arbiter.

    Good results for the IP low targets have the potential for significant size/tonnage.

    Georeferencing the above map allows collars to be transposed to Google Earth which shows 3 or 4 of the five planned holes may be drilled from (or close to) pads used in late 2021 early 22 (holes PRF001, 3, 4, 7,8?, and 10 with most collars reported in the Q1 2022announcement. Plus, most assays in Q2 2022 see below.)

    All 5 sites plot close to pre-existing pads with sites C, D and E having holes drilled at similar azimuths (lime green lines) to some holes from those pads.

    Partial assays 2022 with approximate correlation to 2024 holes.

    Azimuths may be similar but dip, depth and targets different.

    ==============
    While small, at present, Cordillera may represent an interesting satellite deposit as part of overall El Fuego.

    Marsellesa probably too small though some shallow scrapings might make there way into the mix. Hopefully more.

    Correteo - can see why it was a target with significant breccias. However, no obvious economic mineralisation.

    It, Correteo and perhaps SZ, have some similarities to Cometa. I personally don't get too excited by high grade near surface, secondary copper grab samples without much context. Certainly better than what Correteo had to offer, apparently, but need decent drill intercepts to convert them into something significant. Surprising that the due diligence seems to be happening at a glacial pace...perhaps
