I already know the answer. There was never any such discussion. If a major was sniffing around us to that degree word would be out beyond CEs loyal followers. There is no way he could contain himself if this were close to true and would nudge nudge wink winking the f out of it in interviews.
And there is no way the BOD would agree to this pathetic CR if it were close to true.
Some on here are new to HCH so dont have the historical context of CEs meaningless words.
