A lot of investors who got the placements are probably regretting it now. They will be exiting at the next opportunity without incurring a loss.
I bet a lot of existing sh would not be subscribing to the spp. The underwriter to the spp would need to abort the shortfall. Hence, they will also
dump it at the first opportunity without incurring a loss.
