What a terrible deal... why now...why dilutionary if we had a potential deal 3X from here... why was that offer not material enough to trigger disclosure materiality to shareholders...why... so many questions. How could management convince themselves this was a good deal? We now have to contend with these shares being pumped it for a quick flip... not even holding provisions on these shares... seriously HCH leadership, unless this is being used as a sweetener to get this promoted on the TSX there is no way this could be classified as "best endeavours".
