Yes, DWS is a nice business with a handy Div.

Whoever paid $1.20 this morning, I think was misled.

The SOA is for $1.20. The 3c Div has already gone Ex, so for this purpose its ancient history. And then comparing $1.23 to Friday’s Ex Price is deceptive and misleading. Plus, not mentioning that the Share Price is Ex the 3c Div.

That makes HCL a bit untrustworthy, plus there is a Net Debt condition. DWS should be around $1.15/$1.16.
