Because HCM and CHAMP made the deal before HCM announced change to 35% acceptance, though neither side will rush to acknowledge that (unless ASX or ASIC asks for explanation)?
Without the deal and change, CHAMP announcing the acceptance wouldn't make much difference, as original condition of 50% would still not be reached, and other options could be still in play (including HCM being forced to sweeten the offer, in order to close it before their EOFY).
