Good question running bear especially when the Swiss fund Psquare just became a substantial holder. Why would they buy at $4.22 - $4.24 only to get $4.25? The only reasons that I can think of was that they setting up a rival bid or that they were a dodgy buyer for Hitachi...
Why would Champ suddenly accept if there was a possible rival bid? Did Champ get a special deal to accept now?
Guess that we never know...
