I haven't been on HC for a while. I share your sentiment about the company.
Now it's over I can say I was very much involved in rallying major insto shareholder (70%) support for the reforms that (in my professional opinion) saved a takeover at $2 the year before.
It was an interesting exercise that yielded good returns for shareholders who bought shares during the Board and chairmanship transition.
In the end, I was disappointed that there wasn't another bidder but the end price was fair and market reflective.
Where do I put my hard-won money now?
