You conveniently forgot to include part of the 15/10/2020 announcement where SKN thought it important enough to mention the ongoing relationship with HCT and to place it in a positive light. This is the same day that HCT had advised SKN that they were terminating the agreement because SKN was effectively in default. SKN has even announced that it had placed another large order with HCT. If all of this wasn't material or important, why did SKN make a big deal of it? These are facts whilst some of what you've said are assumptions.
