What good news could they possibly announce? They've just lost an important partnership agreement and they have announced that they are moving product an a pathetic average of under $19k per month. I think you're more likely waiting for more bad news, which could for instance be the collapse of the $10.5m underwriting deal, because it wouldn't surprise me if the underwriters claimed they were misled by SKN or there wasn't full disclosure. This is pure speculation on my part, but don't assume that this deal is rock-solid just because SKN has announced it is. You've once again been reminded today of how unreliable their word is.
