1. SKN have financing to draw down on for production etc. So why would their be a payment issue to HCT?
2. HCT’s sales of it’s own product have been extremely poor.
3. It was discussed on here previously that SKN no longer needed HCT. Details were released in one of the previous announcements that potentially alluded to this.
4. I think the termination of the agreement is based on:
a)SKN using an alternate ingredient, and / or
b)A dispute over HCT not obtaining TGA approval.

Little surprised that HCT would initiate the termination of the agreement. I feel that SKN were going to terminate the agreement and HCT beat them to it. HCT need all the customers they can get..

Whilst SKN has been suspended there has been no benefit in releasing positive news, whatever was released was going to have no effect on the SP etc. I am hoping that now is the start of positive news.
