If I was shareholder I would write to Clare Porta at ASX compliance and complain about the SKN management.
Only yesterday SKN said that the collaboration with HCT is "still on foot" when according to HCT, it would have known that it hadn't met its obligations since end of May and was in default since the month of June.
How companies can get away with this is beyond me.
