only one reason comes to mind, eliminate amd hurt the competition, SKN was working on the formula, due to covid they took a short cut and signed the deal with HCT, just incase the formula is delayed.
bring the product to market and get exposure, to change from one formula to the next would be an easy transaction.
but i dont think anyone could see the five month suspension coming. so HCT took a cheap shot on the day that all the focus is on SKN after a long hold.

most of the HCT holders are bere banging on and making noises, to give HCT an edge.
