I accept that. It’s information without comment. But as @lachinator89 also says, NTA of around $1.40 and SP of around $0.74. If HCW were to firesale all the Healthscope properties at a 50% discount to their valuation shareholders would still come out in front.
I reckon the government has backed this to go through smoothly even though they deny it. It would be politically unpalatable for the hospitals to go under and no bank would have lent them $100M AFTER they went into administration without some sort of guarantee from somewhere as they don’t have the assets for collateral.
