looks tempting (the FNArena guy on ****** has pushed this and HDN a couple of times) but I'm wary of any REIT where the manager is remunerated as a percentage of size rather than performance and it's a decent remuneration.
Sure they don't want it to tank as they own a slice themselves but there's a big incentive to keep growing which isn't necessarily a good thing for REITs in recent markets. I had a good look at the risks outlined in their own prospectus.
