I wouldn't be surprised if this quarterly ( or the next) is used to short cover
That would provide the attention needed to move the SP along nicely, then allowing distribution
Wholesale money loves the retail get rich quick attitude, And as such could also be a year away- (really grind the remaining 30% retail holding down) but I don't think that time frame is as likely
