I have no idea how many times I have pointed this out, there was investment in property plant and equipment to grow the company that pulled the operating cash flow down. The second half has always brought in more cash than the first half, therefore if spending kept down and increased revenues we should see a better second half, though should does not always play out but one hopes for it.
