    Thanks for your post 2sigma. Appreciate your perspective. Do you mind expanding? You can see in page you have displayed that DGL had negative free cash flow primarily due to PPP purchases and acquisitions. Is that what you mean by swimming close to the line, or are you uncomfortable with their current debt position?
