I don't think TLX are pushing that line, its just evident from the ph1 trial that the mode of action is different with the antibody and the extended duration of irradiation of the tumour.
It's in there for 2 weeks and although psa response is fairly limited initially reduction can still be seen up to a year later.
Likely it's something to do with the duration effecting the tumour microenvironment in a different way, perhaps a far greater impact on the blood supply to the lesions which is critical for tumour growth.
I'm interested in hearing how it achieves such superior OS too but the only commentary I've heard on the subject from the TLX scientists is that it's the extended duration.
