PLA shares might appear worthless but the asset isn't. with 3 advanced projects and a concentrate plant already on the ground ready to kickoff again, an opportunity for any deep pocket investor who doesn't want the uncertainty of developing a new project from ground up (lot of projects failed in these construction phase due to funding and construction cost blow out...etc).
In the hand of professionals, these asset will make money no doubt. Only the most incompetence of PLA management board can manage to screw up the advance phase of the project, the money making phase.
