This is nothing short of comical.
It's a typical nothingburger CPH announcement, full of buzz words and irrelevant figures, such as the total size of the Taiwanese pet care market, and the amount of growth the Taiwanese pet care industry grew in one arbitrarily cherry-picked year a few years ago!
After so many years of these ridiculous announcements it's amusing that they can still get away with it and the market doesn't punish them for it (though in the long term of course the decline is clear).
This actually may be the last absurd CPH announcement of this type, given that we're starting the new quarter and it looks like CPH will not make it to the end.
I expect they will drag things out until they have to submit a quarterly at the end of the month, and the figures will cause the regulators to call for administrators to be appointed. This is CPH though, so while it could fall over at any time I won't be surprised if they announce a single $2,000 sale and grand new product lines and market entries right up until late in the month.
If they do manage to pull off an 11th hour capital raising it's going to be amazing, both in terms of being actually able to pull one off and in how extreme the discount would have to be, but I just can't see anyone with that much money being that useless with due diligence.
